We celebrate Hermann Hesse in the place where his presence can still be felt today. In Montagnola, just a short walk from Casa Camuzzi, a summer garden is transformed into a space of encounter and poetic discovery: an open celebration shaped by performances, music, readings, and installations that freely engage with Hesse’s imaginative world. Rather than a formal commemoration, the event unfolds as a true birthday celebration, an occasion to gather together, raise a glass, and be surprised by different artistic languages moving between contemporary art, poetry, and experimental music. Social and cultural at once, the evening becomes a meeting point between the genius loci and the present moment, where each artist offers a symbolic gift to the poet.
