Admission is free for children under 12, pupils attending Ticino’s schools, as well as for members of the Museum's Supporter Group.
Under the agreement with the Municipality of Collina d'Oro, free admission to the Museum is granted to all visitors resident in Collina d'Oro (on presentation of the Tessera di domicilio).

Children from 0 to 14 years old are allowed only if accompanied by adults. Dogs are not allowed in the museum.

There are three public car parks near the Museum: P1 in Piazza Brocchi (blue zone, max. 1 hr.). P2 and P3 are unlimited.
By public transport
Bus line 436 runs from Lugano in the direction of Agra to Montagnola (“Montagnola, Paese” stop). The journey time is approx. 15 min.

Accessibility
Our museum, located inside the historic Torre Camuzzi, does not have adequate facilities to ensure accessibility for disabled people or people with reduced mobility.
We recognize the importance of making our spaces inclusive and accessible to all, and are committed to working to improve this situation in the near future. In the meantime, we try to provide alternatives and resources that can allow everyone to enjoy the museum experience. For example, we offer a virtual tour, detailed descriptions on our website and an outdoor walk to enable anyone to appreciate our cultural heritage.
