In this workshop, we will prepare together a delicious déjeuner sur l'herbe – an outdoor breakfast/lunch celebrating the seasonality of fresh, local ingredients. In addition to discovering the secrets of light and flavorful dishes, we will share the values of care and beauty, learning to nourish ourselves mindfully and respect the rhythms of nature.

With food designer Agnese Zraggen (Officina del Gusto).

Cost: CHF 80 per person, for adults and youth aged 12 and up. In Italian, German, and French. Registration by August 23.

Participation in the workshops is open to everyone. Activities take place at the ATTE Center, Via Camuzzi 7, in the heart of Montagnola’s historic village center, for a maximum of 10–12 participants.
